While we don’t provide direct medical treatment for anxiety or attention challenges, our Learning Specialists use targeted strategies to help students manage these difficulties in an academic setting. We also offer Executive Functioning Coaching, which helps students develop essential life skills such as:

Time management – Learning how to plan effectively and stay on track

Organization – Keeping schoolwork structured and manageable

Emotional regulation – Building resilience and reducing overwhelm

Task initiation & follow-through – Developing independence and confidence
