April Vian, CEO of Eastside ABA, has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2014 and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with special needs since 2010. With a strong background in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), April is passionate about creating meaningful, individualized interventions that foster independence, growth, and success.

In 2021, April became the owner and CEO of Eastside ABA, located in Redmond, WA. Under her leadership, Eastside ABA has expanded its services and reach, providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to more families and communities. She is committed to progressive, personalized ABA approaches that prioritize each client’s unique strengths and needs.

Beyond her professional achievements, April is a dedicated wife and mother and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in a related field, further deepening her expertise and contributions to the field of behavior analysis. Her leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence at Eastside ABA.
