3. Assessment Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

– Parent interview & developmental history  

– Teacher & caregiver input (if applicable)  

Step 2: Testing Sessions 

– Conducted over 2-3 days depending on the child’s needs  

Step 3: Data Analysis & Report Writing

– A licensed psychologist interprets results and writes a detailed report  

Step 4: Parent Feedback Session 

– Discuss findings, diagnosis (if applicable), and personalized recommendations  

Step 5: Support Plan & Follow-up

– School recommendations (IEP/504 plans)  

– Therapy referrals (ABA, OT, Speech, Counseling)
