Amina Shahzib

Amina brings over a decade of international experience in inclusive education and early intervention, currently serving as Head of Inclusive Education Services. Based in Dubai, she has held leadership roles in top-tier intervention centers, including Deputy Supervisor of Intensive Education Services and Supervising Lead Educator for Early Intervention Programs. With a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University and licensure from the Community Development Authority, Amina specializes in developmental profiling, psychometric assessments, and individualized learning plans for children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and language delays. Her clinical expertise is further supported by advanced certifications in: DIR Floortime (ICDL) SCERTS Model for Autism Colourful Semantics (Alison Bryan) Postgraduate Certificate in Speech, Language & Communication Needs (Anglia Ruskin University) TEACCH Program (UNC Chapel Hill) Amina is deeply committed to creating inclusive learning environments through evidence-based practices, teacher training, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
