Syma Chaudhry –A Visionary Entrepreneur

Saima Chaudhry is a dynamic entrepreneur, and an advocate for children with special needs. As the founder of three jewelry brands, including Sonar Jewelry, she has built a global reputation for her exquisite handmade designs, combining artistry with purpose. She is also a board member of Global Women of Impact [USA], MD Health Center [Lahore], A digital marketing expert, and now, a driving force behind a groundbreaking initiative—bringing world-class psychological & Neuropsychological Assessment, therapy and educational support to children in need.

Her journey began with a deeply personal struggle. For years, Saima battled infertility, enduring painful losses, multiple medical treatments, and emotional turmoil. After nearly two decades of perseverance, she became a mother, fulfilling her most cherished dream. However, motherhood brought unexpected challenges. One of her sons experienced developmental delays, and despite her instincts telling her something was wrong, finding proper diagnosis and care in Pakistan was nearly impossible.

Determined to provide the best for her child, Saima traveled to the United States, where she discovered life-changing therapy and educational interventions. The experience opened her eyes to the stark differences in resources, expertise, and accessibility between the U.S. and Pakistan. She knew she wasn’t alone—countless families in Lahore and beyond faced the same struggles, with inadequate facilities, long waitlists, unaffordable private therapy, and limited resources to trained therapist.

Fueled by her experiences and relentless passion, Saima envisioned a state-of-the-art training and learning center in Lahore— Though she had no formal background in psychology or therapy, she immersed herself in research, training, and networking with professionals.

Her vision gained momentum when she met a renowned doctor from California , who had recently built a cutting-edge medical center in Lahore. Recognizing the urgent need for specialized care, he offered his support and expertise. With his help, she connected with therapists, educators, and families, confirming the dire need for a holistic center that catered to children with developmental challenges.

This journey led her to collaborate with Vetnah, a devoted philanthropist who had recently experienced the loss of her son with special needs. United by a shared vision, they brought the project to life. Vetnah joined Saima, and together, they established their first learning center, The First Hope. This initiative is deeply meaningful to both of them, driven by purpose and a commitment to making a lasting impact.
