Zainab Nadeem brings a rich and multidisciplinary background in education, psychology, and behavior therapy to The First Hope Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Ashworth College, along with multiple certifications in Psychology and Child Development (CDA). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2019, Zainab has extensive experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum. She has been trained in ABA techniques including shaping procedures, token economies, and behavior support planning, under the clinical supervision of licensed professionals. Her approach integrates insights from speech and occupational therapy, focusing on supporting children with high-functioning autism and sensory sensitivities. Zainab is also trained in anxiety-reducing techniques and communication strategies to enhance emotional regulation and social integration. Her passion lies in helping neurodiverse children thrive in structured and nurturing environments.
